Clean, friendly staff. Rooms are large and king size bed is comfy. Breakfast coupon for Dennys.
Don’t get me wrong this hotel was great. Clean, updated and very nice. The beds were nice and it was a nice location . The staff was awesome... except for Brandon at the front desk. While I know it’s hard during COVID-19 To serve breakfast this best western was serving to go bags upon filling out a breakfast form. I talked to the person attending the breakfast section and she directed me to go to the front desk and bring back a form ( she was very nice). I asked Brandon at the front desk and he said that I needed to have filled out the form the night beforehand. I guess I was just SOL. I know rules are rules but come on Brandon your in the hospitality industry.
My family were extremely pleased with this place. Exceeded expectations. Very nice staff as well!
Second time there. Great place to shower with comfortable bed. Not alot of sound buffering between rooms though.
This was one of the cleanest hotels that I've stayed at in a long time. The rooms are spacious, beds were comfortable. It looks like they hire staff that take pride in their jobs. It shows.
