Quiet and clean, but the quality of their stuff leaves much to be desired. The towels felt like sandpaper and the complimentary lotion was basically water.nOtherwise, it's a decent place to stay for a night or two.
The staff could NOT be more helpful or accommodating. The facility is spotless. The lobby and our room. Speaking of our room, I did not catch one whiff of tobacco, smoked nor chewed. Wonderful stay. Thank you Wyndam of Spokae
I was at another hotel that was just aweful! But the Wingate is amazing and would highly recommend staying there. The staff are friendly and professional and acknowledge d me Everytime they saw me. Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous and they deserve a 10+++++++++
Customer service is awesome from front desk staff Richard who checked us in with a smile, Ash who helped us book for an extra night stay over once we knew we needed extra time, at a less expensive rate and Cailee who was bubbly, friendly and courteous onto Claudine from housekeeping who serviced us with a warm and caring personality while making us feel like family with her genuine smile and happy demeanor, was super accommodating by offering to prepare our bed and bring us fresh linen even after it was late afternoon and we had only requested fresh towels as we had our privacy sign on our door all morning into the afternoon. The room was clean, well maintained, items stocked as needed, and and mattress very comfortable which allowed a great night sleep for my husband and myself. Free parking was a plus as well. I’m thankful for all of them. They are an asset to the Hotel.
Nice staff, extremely clean hotel.nEnjoyed the stay.
