Lived here for several years. It was nice at first, responsive management and attentive to maintenance, good communication; then new management came in and it went down. We had many maintenance requests that would go neglected for months/years at times. The worst was a leaky roof. When it started we were told the roof had to be dry before anything could be done. Spring and summer came, mentioned it again several times and was ignored until the next winter. Same answer, roof needs to be dry. We tried a couple things as a temporary seal. Ended up with moldy walls, carpets and window/ sills. Police were constantly there breaking up a fight. There was drug use and dealing, nothing was done about it. People would walk by your lot all the time. Trash and junk everywhere. Not a nice place to live at. The landlords are nice people, but perhaps too busy.

Accidentally drove by zips. Unfortunately I drove this assortment of crack shacks. Thank god I survived. This lady came running up to my car asking for money because she was detoxing from heroin, and she and her boyfriend lost all their money at the casino. It was truly driving thru the ghetto.

The managers are very quick to accommodate any concerns quickly. Its drug f free and quite. The kids will be kids. The tenants need something done and management gets right on it. If problems occur management make it a enjoyable and great place to live. They have funny, hard working, honest and great maintenance workers.Drugs are not allowed and the crazy lady in front would call management to get things fixed we would never have cops at trailer park. I would recommend renting here to everyone it's just a joy to be here. I want a place here as soon as one is available...Its such a pleasure here.

I just wanted to say I have rented with them for over 4 years now the managers are on top of everything they even drive thru 2 times a day to make sure everyone is happy park is very clean and safe they know every tenant personally and strive to make each one happy they are family oriented park I would recommend this park to anyone especially families the maintenance team will go out of there way to make sure any problem is fixed right away they also are very friendly and family oriented I’m not sure where we would be without this team if they were not on top of everything down to making sure our kids are safe and happy as well thank you to the team at aero mobile home park great job keeping very many people happy

i have lived in this trailer park for 5 years. Management is a pleasure to work with they accomodate any problems or concerns immediately. The kids can be a little bit wild also very nice.. Its quite and comfortable place. Its safe and drug free. Sue (management) is very respectful and such a watchful person. I would refer everyone to this enjoyable and safe enviroment. She has the most honest and hardworking maintence men. There great and enjoyable people. Its such a pleasure to live here..
