Slumlords, don't fix anything, over charge, try to tell you what you can and can't have inside your yard and homes, EXTREMELY over rated and high priced and shady....since new owners took over in summer of 2018...

A 2 bedroom trailer with no washer and dryer hookup is 825 a month. Slumlords to boot. Broken fridge and hot water for months. Don't get yourself tangled up in an outrageous lease here!
