I needed to purchase and switch out cleats on my shoes to Delta cleats and Metropolis helped to accomplish this task. They answered the phone, answered my questions, and we courteous and friendly. When I arrived at the shop they got the cleats and installed them for me for free and answered my general questions.
Polite staff answered my questions and got to know my needs to get me the right bike.
I've been buying their cycling goods for years. They carry a great selection from Italy. I am a big fan of Nalini clothing. Great stuff.
