Beyond stoked on my new bike!! Super user friendly with a bunch of cool features. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about what type of bike would be the best for the type of biking I’d be doing. They even loaded the bike in the car for me. These bikes make you feel like a kid again and it’s great!!

So far horrible customer service! I haven't even received my product yet and have called at least 6 times with several emails with no response back. Not a great way to make customer happy.nnUpdate.. the company finally got back to me and made things right.

Fantastic bikes at a great price. Helpful, knowledgeable, and experienced staff. The eVolution scoots! Just as fast as a dual hub ebike I recently rode.

I came in to see about a e scooter and Steve helped me out. He went over to different scooters and compared them with each other. I took some time to make up my mind and that I would come back. Next time I came, Zac helped me and and did a test ride. Both gentlemen had great customer service. Few days later I came back and purchased the Segway Ninebot Max scooter. Very fun to ride and would recommend it over the other scooters. Thanks again to the good ppl at Samson eBikes. Will be back to purchase my wife one.

Wow!! That Is the word that comes to mind when we ride our bikes from Samson eBikes. This is the best value on the market and truly great Service . I became a true believer not knowing that the bikes were really going to change our lives, we didn’t know when we first bought them that we were going to actually ride more than we ever did before we’ve now had them for over three months we put on over 200 miles and we can’t wait to get on them . We definitely know this is the best value , go down try out the various bikes that they have . Steven and Scott are great and knowledge, they got a five star rating you can’t go wrong!!!
