Will stay here again. Got exactly what was offered for a good price. A lot of people downgrading this hotel for things I wouldn’t expect.
For a $50 per night motel, Willow Spring Motel was quite good. My room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff was great... and it was a great location for visiting Turnbull National Wildlife Refuge. The only things I didn't love was that the train woke me up a few times, and the towels were small and not amazing.
Clean, inecpensive, no-frills, just the basics as a motel room. Would stay again if the need arises. Stayed 1 night due to local power outage.
My stay here was fine. It was exactly as I expected it to be. Not posh, but the host was quite nice, the room was clean, the bed comfortable and it was a short walk to get a halibut basket or a strawberry milkshake at Zips. I slept like a lodgepole pine log.
Management was incredibly rude and unprofessional, there was blood on our sheets when we checked in, tried to bring it to the managers attention who blamed us and actually yelled at us saying we did it. It was a horrible experience and disgusting. Would not recommend staying here.
