I have shopped with Visalia Cyclery for bikes, parts and supplies for many years and highly recommend it for the knowledge, expertise and friendliness of the staff as well as for their selection of bikes and gear. I special ordered a new aero bike this past winter and Byron did a fantastic job not only in assembling it but also in performing a bike fitting. The end result is perfect, and I haven't needed to adjust anything. I highly recommend the business to anyone in this area.

Great local bike shop for all of your cycling needs. Most of the staff are friendly and will take the time to answer any questions you might have. Also, their prices are comparable to all the major online retailers. I would of given the shop five stars, but there is one sales clerk that is not friendly, and almost makes you feel as if you are bothering him. So if you go into this shop and get any other sales clerk, I guarantee you will have a five star experience.nnI am editing my review, but not deleting my original comment.nnI went back to the bike shop for some tires and brake pads the other day. Low and behold I get my least favorite sales clerk. This time around, he was very helpful. He even gave me a few tips to repair my brake pads and save a few bucks.nnEveryone has a bad day and deserves a second chance. Thank you for the great service. I had a five star experience!

Was there 10/14/20 and bought a kids mountain bike. The sales and service help were great. I visited years ago and this shop is far better now.
