Franklin Pharmacy is an exceptional pharmacy. The pharmacy is punctual, thorough, and clean. The drive-thru is convenient. The pharmacists and all staff members are courteous, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend Franklin Pharmacy.
They are friendly and are always willing to help me. They go out of there way to make sure I get the mess I need. They are the best.
If I don’t call and remind them multiple times my medication dose not get filled. Never have what you need in stock and have to order it. Give you the cheapest Generic meds At name brand price. Zero stars stay away from this pharmacy!
After 2 yrs and too many issues with their service and delivery, I'm switching my acct. The girls answering the phone have given me wrong information more than once. I'm done.
Irresponsible and arrogant staff. I was waiting for my medicine more 3 hours and call them 3 times. We was waiting in line more than 20min in drive thru no shows up for helping us, I press call button several times. The skinny Indian girl associate was so rude she didn’t say sorry or thanks for waiting. Even they don’t deserve one star. Customer service is horrible. I definitely don’t recommend this pharmacy
