It was clean, very quiet and the bed was delicious. That's what it's all about, right.
All areas are very clean. Housekeeping is very quick and vigilant on maintaining rooms. Maintenance Technician is very friendly and quick for solving problems. Although my key card has stopped working a couple of times, the clerks at the front desk have helped solve the issue quickly and were very nice.
Clean, easy to find, quiet. Only drawback is the continental breakfast. I understand with Covid situations and less travel that the traditional continental breakfast is not going to be what it was but we got a a white sack filled with a bottled water, MAYBE 4 oz of warm boxed apple juice, and apple-cinnamon muffin from a company I've never heard of and an apple. Very apple heavy. Other than that, which is easily remedied with a trip to a local drive through, it was great!
Its actually not a bad hotel but the big guy in suspenders at the front treated us pretty poorly the 2nd time we came to stay. I was pretty excited for a warm comfy bed then he saw us and started speaking loudly telling us that he couldn't take our card again due to it being prepaid when we tried to explain that ally is infact an online bank he became argumentative. I tried offering my USAA card and he wouldn't take it even. So we cancelled our 2nd stay there due to this. We called the corporate office and they stated that each hotel is independently owned and they can do whatever they want to with taking cards. But they did agree ally was a bank and that this was within reason to take the card not decline it. Well the breakfast too was alittle lack luster...not their fault though during covid
Very helpful. Welcoming and well maintained. Very clean all around and plentiful selection of good grub. Close to all of the needs or wants I had otherwise. Good stay.
