The staff (or should I call them kids) are some of the rudest sales employees I have ever come across. If I were the owner I would be embarrassed on how my staff interacted and talked to my customers. If there were any other bicycle shops around I would choose the other over Van's every time.

We had the best experience with Vans. They have a wide variety of bikes at different price ranges. The staff is beyond professional and helpful. The staff is also very knowledgeable and can pretty much answer any questions you have. Would recommend them to EVERYONE!!! we love our bikes!

Should update hours on Google to reflect the actual hours of operation, drove 45 min from Oregon House only to be greeted by locked doors, and a paper sign in the window that says open Mon. Wed. And Fri until 3:30pm...
