I had dropped off a rim and tire for them to fix a couple spokes, that week got a call saying they had to order a whole new rim and would contact me when it had arrived, which is all good but that was about three months ago. Called to see where we were on the ordered rim about a month ago and they hadn't even ordered it. I have had patience but 3 months with no heads up or a call saying they can't do it would be nice. Must be really busy......
I called and was informed that my part I needed was in stock. I drove thirty minutes to find out that the part was not in stock and the owner tried telling me that the part they had was the same and would work. Come to find out, nope!
Great bicycle shop. Wonderful service. I know they cringed when they saw me. I am an 80 year guy with a recumbent trike. I will try to not abuse me condition. They deserve our business in Turlock.
Didn't buy anything cause decided to wait for kiddos to be with us. Still had bikes ud83dudc4dud83cudffc and really nice and helpful on the info. Love their honesty
I had bought the bike at Cycle Masters 20 + years ago. Wasn't shifting right. The young man looked at it and in less than 5 min I was on my way. Thanks.
