We went in yesterday to rent a rug doctor we were told by Jeff that he would not rent when we were told the day before that they were renting again terrible service terrible terrible I will not go in here again. I won’t even give them a one star

This store has the worst customer service for customers with coupons. Do not bother at this store if you would like to coupon. My CRTs,i APP offers, and MFR Coupons all work fine at ANY other location except this one. Pretty much got told any purchase based coupon cannot be combined with a Manufacturer coupon, yet their policy says otherwise. Would give this store a 0 star rating if it was an option. Yes, this was written out of anger since I got turned back after an hour of planning my purchase haha.

Usually I don't shop here but it was the closest place. Super happy we did. Rewards was amazing! Get your rewards card for extra savings. Thank you CVS!

This is my neighbor drug store and until recently I would have given it 5 stars, however that has changed. There is a female employee working mornings here that will not honor coupons that I have on my card. She always has an excuse as to why my coupons aren't valid and she won't apply them to my purchase or ask the manager to verify them. I know they are valid because I read the fine print, and when I go back other employees will always honor them. She doesn't wear a name tag so the only way I can identify her is she has a slight accent, is short, works weekdays and wears a ponytail. I refuse to go in this store on a weekday morning anymore. It seems like a small issue, but I'm disabled and walk to this store, so I have wasted my time/energy on trips here.
