Eric was incredible. Knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. My husband and I had many questions and Eric answered them honestly and thoroughly. We never felt like he was up selling us and we never felt pressured. Being able to test drive the different types of bikes really made us confident at choosing. After such an easy and enjoyable experience we purchased 2 new bikes and an amazing bike rack. Thank you Eric!

Everybody in the store was very friendly and helpful. They helped take the bikes off the rack and bring them into the store for service. They explained everything they were going to do with the tune up package for both bikes. The bikes were ready when promised and they were in great shape. They even cleaned the bikes and helped me load them back on the rack to take home. I have already recommended the shop to a few friends in the last two days! Thank you for the professional, honest, and friendly service!

Took my Mom's bike here because she was getting flat tires. The front desk employee was very helpful and suggested some options. I chose the most expensive option in order to prevent another flat from happening. I was told the repair would be done by the next day...this did not happen! Until 1 week past by I decided to give them a call and it turned out the bike had not even been looked at yet!! 2 days after that turned out they didn't even have the parts in stock and didn't give me the option to get the bike, they expected me to just leave it there and wait...I finally decided to go in and take my mom's bike elsewhere. I was told to speak to the service manager which was completely unprofessional and rude. They still didn't want to admit their fault. I told the manager I was taking the bike to Fun Sport Bikes since I called and they had the parts in stock. Manager didn't believe that they had the parts in stock and thought I was bluffing...He calls Fun Sport bikes in front of me and they confirmed they had parts in stock...Until then did he return my Mom's bike to me...For a manager I was completely disappointed in the way I was spoken to and treated. I will never come here again!! I feel bad for the front desk boy for every time I came in he was completely overwhelmed and trying to do 5 things at once...who is running this place??? Fun Sport Bikes was a few bucks cheaper and had my bike done the next morning!

Very good experience walking me through the new bike and its tech. The team was friendly and helpful in also answering my questions. For newbies to modern mountain bikes, there's a lot of jargon and tech - WoW team walked me through this really nicely. Would have liked to do a simple test drive to make sure it fit me well - in the excitement and hurry to get the new bike I forgot to do that! But will go back to them for a normal service update to get the fitment that's typical after a few days of riding.

First time purchasing a new bike and everyone was very helpful. The customer service is by far the best and I definately reccomend World of Wheels. Went back to have my seat changed and the service department staff was also top notch. Again, I highly recommend World of Wheels for all your bicycle needs.
