Stayed 4 nights wouldn’t allow a hour late check out for no reason except a lot requested it.
To put it simply, best place in town. I travel often and I have realized that the Ramada Inn has the best showers and best beds to offer in town. What more do you really need from a hotel?
Okay, lets say you need more... they have that too. Great staff, great breakfast, great cleanliness, and folks that actually do everything they can to make sure they follow the recommendations by CDC to fight against COVID-19.
A socially responsible hotel that will give you peace of mind when you sleep. Its perfect. Stop looking and book the room now.
This hotel is basically as average a hotel as you can get. The rooms were fine, not totally clean, but just very minor fingerprints. Reception was very attentive. Breakfast was a bit of a let down as the only options were those super sugary donuts you can get at the grocery store, but I appreciate their having a safe option during COVID. It's exactly what you would expect for the price and perfectly serviceable.
Restaurant service and food was fantastic! However, the check in desk was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Hot tub closes at 10 PM and they are very strict about that. They require reservations for the hot tub. Breakfast was just a Jimmy Dean sandwich. From now on I will always choose Best Western over this hotel as they were the same price
I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a pleasant stay with good amenities, wonderful staff, clean comfortable rooms and a hotel following CDC guidelines for COVID-19! My husband and I were looking for an escape from the Cali fires and decided to visit Southern Utah. Even though we were skeptical about traveling during the pandemic, we are so glad we stayed at Ramada Inn since they had precautions in place to limit exposure. When we arrived after our long drive, we were greeted graciously by Ridhi at the front desk. She was warm, welcoming, friendly and so quick with the check in process! Our room was very clean and spacious. We actually decided to upgrade and stayed in the room with the jacuzzi which was such a great thing to utilize after our hikes. It was the perfect hotel for the low key, relaxing time we wanted to spend in Cedar city, UT.
