Super 8 by Wyndham Cedar City

I did not take any photos of this place - and I regret not doing it now that I am doing a review for this place. It is located right off of the interstate, behind the Sinclair in Cedar City. We arrived in Cedar City earlier than we intended but to check in early it costs extra. No worries, we would be back. But while I was in there to ask about checking in early I noticed the Lobby was incredibly warm, and they had a sign up that Breakfast was not provided during Covid - I understand that, but the rate should be lower if breakfast is not provided. So, we did not check in at that time, we left and went hiking instead. We returned around 9:00PM to check in and the young man at the counter was way nicer than the woman that I had met earlier in the day. He got us checked in and squared away with no trouble at all. We then went to our room. A normal room - nothing too weird looking - until it was time to crawl in bed. Every toss, ever turn, every wiggle, every movement - EVERYTHING - we could feel it. It was so bad that neither of us got any sleep. Around 2:30AM we both decided to get up and leave. We did not even spend the entire night at this location because the bed was so terrible. If you are sharing a room with a spouse, get 2 beds - maybe then you will get some sleep. So, we paid for a night at a hotel that we stayed at for less than 6 hours, got no sleep at all, and ultimately left feeling unrested and not refreshed in any way because the beds were so terrible. We will not be coming back to this location in the future.

Management was great. Easy check in. Room was clean. Water pressure in shower was fantastic. Very quiet, especially given proximity to I 15.

exactly what I want in a Super 8. clean spacious room. good working internet and tv. owner/manager was very happy to have my business. I've lived in hotel rooms for 9 years, and this is the nicest Super 8 I've been to! Underpriced for this quality of room!

Great hospitality by the Mrs patel. We were hungry and she made us poha for the breakfast which was delicious.

I dont make reviews but i have to do not waste your money on this place Management is rude disrespectful. The owner will yell at children. Won't clean your room until you check out. Don't make a week reservations you have been fair warned. Don't bring dogs they are ridiculous with their dog policy. I hope no one else has to deal with this very unprofessional staff.
