I don't recommend renting here, they rip off their tenants, and hold you accountable for 10 other roommates, and expect you to play mom. We called them on one service call because the microwave stopped working, and they threatened to charge us for all service calls. The apartments them self are nice. The managers of this property are absolutely terrible. I over payed my rent for the year, not including my downpayment, and they refused to give it back.
Don’t rent here. Blake is hard to deal with and will rip you off on your deposit every time-regardless. This business is also not a BBB accredited for a reason!!!
