After a long drive, and getting lost in Rt. 14, we needed a place to rest. Checked in, and felt at ease with the hotel. Very clean and easy. We are not locals, and the mountain view from our room was great. Above all, I want to compliment Front Desk Rachel. She was very accommodating, nice and super friendly. Went above and beyond to ensure were were taken care of. We observed the same behavior with the rest of the customers. I've stayed in my fair share of hotels. Difficult to find someone as nice as her. Kudos!
The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful when I was going through an incredibly difficult time. Rooms were reasonably priced the only downfall was there was no fridge or microwave in the room. Other than that the rooms are extremely nice
Needs updating bad, the room I had was a single queen in the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and that includes my military days. The bed was so old it took an effort to get out of the center of the bed. We were booked for a week but left after one night. Much better and newer choices near by.
Room is clean and the front desk is super nice , room doesn't have microwave, so you should ask,but you can use the one in breakfast area,love the hot sandwich.
Staff here is always very pleasant. I wish they could do more for breakfasts. Other Hamptons definitely have a keg up on them.
