Stratford Court Hotel Cedar City

It's a great place to stay with great conditioning, great water, and no noisy neighbors. The manager is a great guy and is really understanding. It's very affordable for what you get. The hot tub doesn't work currently but they are working on it.

Honestly thought they were Angel's or something when we got the place. We recently moved down from Alaska to get away from a hell like situation and they had a room open. I was aware of the no smoking policy so I always took it to the soda shop half way down the street off the parking lot. I then got notified that it still their property and that I needed to quit or be evicted. I did I stopped smoking on property and off. Nearly a month later after paying our second months rent AND getting my friend a place there, recommending them to countless people and many of my friends have put in applications they text me saying they need to meet with my fiance and I at 3. I was thinking maybe it was about noise level or our bikes but no, they gave me an eviction notice and when I asked why they said they've had complaints of the smell of marijuana coming from my room (112) when there is at least 10 other rooms next to mine on the same floor. Anyway I was so astonished at the fact that came out that I couldn't say anything. I waited till they left and flipped out. No drug test, no search, no screening or anything like that just Goodbye you're out in 30 days. I offered to pay for a 90+ panel drug test, alibis and my word and they wouldn't take it. We left 9 days after the notice long before our 30 days. I cleaned our room to near spotless and even asked the land manager what I need to do, I could of treated the bed, floors, bath anything but he told me to do a simple clean up. Done + some. We move out and it took them a week to even get back to me on the deposit or the left over rent and they told us that they were gonna give us a little under $300 instead of $500 for leaving a potato brush in the trash can, a shower curtain and a dust filled drawer. Mind you I had my new landlord come over to help me clean it and she even offered her vaccum. He said basics. I'm sorry that I left 3 things that totally costed over $100 to take out. Anyways I don't reccomend this place.

I saw the show Hotel Impossible with Anthony and all he did to help renovate at this hotel,I was on my way to Colorado, I decided to stop and check out the theatre and stay at the hotel, it was fun nice good employees, everyone needs to check it out!!

They were completely closed. Got to stay at the El Rey motel instead.
