We stayed here last night. To start with the room had not been vacuumed, as I picked up black licorice and small pieces of Trail mix off of the floor. The faucets in the sink were not cleaned, there was an iron but no ironing board. The TV remote would not work and when I went to get ice it was not working either. We had traveled all day so we called it a night. The beds were very high. I’m only 4”11 and had a difficult time. Once we were settled in every time we moved we could hear a metal/tin sound. It appeared that the mattress was sitting on a metal/tin frame of some sort. There was a small refrigerator in the room so prior to going to bed I but some apples, water and cut up veggies in. You guessed it!!! Everything was frozen when we left at 3:30 AM. Needless to say, we won’t be staying here again

Our room was not clean. The bathrroom towels had hair on them, the shower was dirty inside and out, we didnt dare use it. The walls and toilet and filth and who knows what else on them. One of the beds had hair and stains on the pillows, and a weird brown stain on the sheet. We ended up sharing my bed which was better but still had crumbs on the top blanket. I went to the office to complain. I provided pictures and showed him in person. He told me there is nothing he can do for me. Our room wasnt cleaned, DURING COVID, i find this to be a disgrace. The man was rude yelled at me and did absolutely nothing for us. If you would like to send 70 dollars on bad service, dirty rooms, and the possibility of getting covid stay here. This was a sad excuse for customer service and "clean friendly stay". I will definitely be getting tested for covid and taking a shower elsewhere after staying here.

Room was clean and nice. But the power went out in all the rooms. Guy told us breakfast was from 7:30-9:30 but the room has been locked and no one is around to unlock it all morning. So I would agree with the 2 star rating. Good room, but if they have problems you have problems. They aren't trying to have customer satisfaction. You get what you pay for for a cheap stay though.

First of all FRIENDLY! Since the virus, every place I go is so sterile, you feel like a machine going in. The room was extremely clean, already cooled down on a hot summer day, and easy available parking. It had everything I needed, easy WI-FI connection, a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. I absolutely will stay here again when going through Cedar City!

By far the grossest place I've ever stayed in my life. Board of health needs to pay this place a visit. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and both were disgusting and won't be staying the second night. I feel my heath is at risk without the existence of Covid 19. Oh and watch for the drug dealers out back.
