Comfort Inn & Suites

Excellent Service. Room clean and smelled fresh. Nice room layout. Bed was fresh and comfortable. Nice flat screen TV that actually worked. Micro, fridge,, desk, and chair. Do recommend. I would stay again.

The room had dog fur left behind all over the carpet. The bed is EXTREMELY firm and hurt my sciatic problems. The night lady was AMAZING!! The morning female was not friendly. I was standing at the desk waiting to get a spare key, and she was very unfriendly to my dog who was happy to see her. She made sure to not go around the desk and help me, but came from the side, from a different area of the hotel and said, "excuse me. Do you need something?" And stayed 8+ get away because I have PTSD and don't wear a mask. Disheartening that people aren't being trained in how to treat their customers of all different kinds. Couldn't even get properly treated from behind the desk. Very unfriendly.

Beds were nice and clean. Hall and elevator smelled like smoke, but room was fine. Worked great for our family with 3 queen beds.

Very nice staff but that’s about all. This hotel seems to be utilized by weekend travelers that don’t stay in hotels often, tv’s on and loud, dogs barking, parking their rv’s in a normal car space. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything and sometimes more than one wants to hear. We left after one night and went elsewhere.

COVID IS NOT AN EXCUSE TO BE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL (dawn)The website list these as features but they are all closed. No pool,no gym, no breakfast, no customer service, the staff was not friendly at all. If you need anything while your there good luck you have to just figure it out on your own. If you can afford to stay somewhere else you should. Cdc guidelines I understand, what about the poor poor customer service, the woman working would not even say hello, not at all, just would stare at you and not say anything. There was also a semi truck parked outside my window running all night. I asked if there was anything that could be done about, no answer at all, (not shocking)I didn't want to stay at a truck stop or I would have. The breakfast to go is a Jimmy dean sausage sandwich that you can microwave in your room, or the worst breakfast burrito in the history of burritos, that are not even individually wrapped. Looks like they went to wall mart opened the burritos and then put them in a plastic sandwich bag. Unsealed, (doesn't seem clean) plus they are terrible. They dont service the rooms because of covid wich makes you ask the people working there for towels and toilet paper wich is fine if they where even mildly friendly but they where not. The door to the balcony doesn't seal so the wind comes right in along with the diesel exhaust and noise, from running semi trucks in the parking lot, ALL NIGHT LONG. IF YOU CAN AFFORD TO STAY ELSEWHERE I WOULD RECOMEND YOU DO.
