First impressions are everything and while the husband was checking in, the lady at front gave him MAD attitude about not being able to pay our $15 dog fee in cash and THE DOG IS ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED ON THE BED BECAUSE SHE WOULD HAVE TO THROW THE DUVET AWAY. In all fairness, that duvet NEEDS to be thrown away. It is old, worn and ripped. The towels in the bathroom were ALL stained and our non smoking room REEKED of cigarettes. It is a spacious room with a refrigerator and microwave, but that does not make up for the rudeness upon arrival and the feeling of absolute uncleanliness in the room. If you're on a budget, this will be perfect for you-just bring your own pillow as the ones here feel like they've been stuffed with rolled up socks. We will definitely pay a little extra for somewhere else next time.
Stayed in room 107. The bed is OK (pretty hard inner-spring mattress, but that's OK with me and about what I expected). The air conditioning unit works well. Only one of the lamps has light bulbs in it, though. The comforter on the bed has a quarter-size brown stain on it. The shower doesn't drain well at all, and by the end of my 5 minute shower, the tub was about a third full. For some reason, there carpet under the sink is very wet. There is also garbage that was left under the bed that looks like it's been there a while.
Quiet place. Good rooms, especially for the price. Owners are wound a lil tight. But it's a small town. Loved the stay guys thanks hope to see you again.
This hotel is not great. I went to them they charged my card multiple times and my funds are frozen on my bank account. Don't recommend them. customer service was also poor very Rude in my opinion. they need a lot of correcting to become better. Until then I recommend somewhere else if you're looking here for now.
If I could mark negative stars I would.
My wife, son and I stayed here for a month. Room had ants when we first moved it. Bathtub didn't drain, ac didn't work seemed like it only operated with the fan mode. After paying for a 2nd month we were informed that we had to pay $70 for our room to be sprayed for bugs. Since we didn't have the $70 we were told we had an hour to get our belongings and out of the room. We lost over $800.
I don't recommend this place. In fact I have contacted the health department about the issues of hygiene and maintenance.
