The staff was professional and helpful. The night front end manager, Cindy, was especially helpful to do all she could to make our stay as best as possible.
The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning / heater operated efficiently and quietly.
We would stay here again if we were ever in the area in the future.
My children & I are so grateful for the heart-felt kindness and hospitality we have been treated with from the entire staff here. Cindi, especially. The rooms are beautifully outfitted in a clean & practical way. Everything is well-maintained, and clearly a lot of love and thoughtfulness are put into this hotel daily. Thank you all for such a warm welcome to the area.
Very nice hotel and super dog friendly. Staff is ready and willing to help at all times and even though COVID has made things difficult, they still had nice little amenities. No full breakfast but they do offer some muffins, cereal, danishes and yogurt in the morning. Definitely recommend !
The hotel is modern and updated. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was a bit dirty in the corners and under the soap holders. I'm not a complete clean-freak, but I ended up wearing my flip-flops in the shower (I never go barefoot in a hotel room, but if the shower looks clean I usually shower without them). I would stay here again.
The hotel was pristine, the room was comfy and quiet, the free bottled water and pastries were fun, but the thing that makes this hotel really shine is the amazing front desk staff. It didn't matter what we needed - they made it happen, and were just so kind. They treated us like we were family. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!
