Yesterday I bought a new bike at Sports Basement in Santa Rosa. The entire team in the bike department was fantastic; they were friendly, knowledgeable, patient with all of my questions, and did a lot of work to make sure that I got the right sized bike for my body.nnMy job involves customer service and I understand the work that goes into making a purchase like this a great experience. The Sports Basement team has put in that work and I do appreciate it.
Mike from K2 took extra time to help me get a great, custom fit in new snowboard boots after getting the Sidas high tech measurement. I really appreciate Sports Basement bringing in the reps and offering customers such incredible discounts today! SnowFest was once again, awesome!
They had a decent variety of equipment but no range in quality. They have bikes to baseballs but only the higher end name brands. Everything was pretty expensive. The organization of the store was also sort of scrambled.
The bike service department is on point. This team has done a great job repairing my bike and offered to make adjustments if i wasn't happy. i don't know if that's just for me because i'm such an awesome human being, but you know, whatever. The staff is great. Very helpful. Killer deals before I applied my Santa Rosa Cycling Club 20% discount. Saaaay whaaaaaat?
