I live in Fulton I really needed a derailleur I wanted something cheap that would work I went to Czar for the first time . He sold me a back derailleur for $10 and now my chain falls off every time I pedal starting out or as I'm riding. I would highly suggest not going to this bike shop. I could have got one off the internet for $10. And to your response I've been putting bikes together since I was knee-high to a grasshopper it's not the installation. Scandalous people always have an excuse
