Don’t buy a Bike from them there customer service is awful they can’t even process a refund in a entire months time can’t let you talk to a manager they just do nothing even after you didn’t even tell them to take your money. This company is so awful I literally call them 3 times a week and there employees tell the same BS for over a month.

FYI, they don't currently do repairs unless they carry the bike brand (due to Covid etc.), so check first. They gave me a free screw and even put it on, so thanks mechanic guy lol.
I rented a bike this weekend from Echelon Cycle in Santa Rosa. It was a vey nice bike but I experienced some technical issues....Kevin was awesome. He took care of us and made it right. I highly recommend this bike shop. He has beautiful products and amazing customer service. Thank you Kevin!
These folks sell some extremely nice racing bikes. I am so grateful they fixed my wheel and got me back on the trail.
