The thing that has upset me the most is the room price listed on Google Maps. It's listed as $51. My husband and I paid $83 for a Queen bed. The total was over $100. That was a little surprising! The room was clean. The bed was lumpy, but manageable.
We were pleasantly surprised by this motel. It’s dated, but very clean and the blankets were soft. It was perfect for us because we were just passing through on a long road trip. The only thing I would say was disappointing was the AC. The unit in our room wasn’t very powerful. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.
Upon arrival of a unplanned stay the staff have been extra helpful. Room Is absolutely gorgeous clean and the bed is so comfortable. I read the reviews and you cant judge a book by its cover. I highly recommend this hotel through our travels to have found this hotel has been a huge blessing. Thank you to the staff for your awesome work. We feel at home here
Obviously if your paying attention this is my 4th post in regards to our stay with 3 room switches(check prior) its.unbelievable that after the blow dryer caught on fire we turned on lights that connected to the lamps by the bed and it sparked and crackles not to mention the bathroom heat lamp and fan got cross connected which resulted in a real surprise. Myself and my girlfriend are not complainers and don't expect free stuff but we do expect to be validated and compensated. The manager says because he is always has a full hotel example we ski season or so is here he doesn't care about reviews are giving people breaks and or refunds
There was a bad stinky smell inside our room. Once we turned on the AC, it started leaking water so we called the front desk to either send a maintenance man or to give us a new room to which this lady said that they don’t have any maintenance guy and there is no other room available even though it showed on their page that 2 rooms were available. We had to look for another hotel at 10PM on a long weekend. Very poor service.
Would definitely recommend to stay at Magnuson Cedar City hotel.
