I grew up in Davis but I always lived in Dixon. I was in Davis one time and went to local bike shop there. Horrible service and that’s when I told myself I’m going to my local shop in town. I bought a used bike through a 3rd party. The bike was a nice brand but I knew it needed work. I took it here and Jim was great from the start. I left it with him on the first day and I only asked him to adjust the gears on the bike and just a tune up. I had some problems because did need more work that what I have requested. Jim took it back the same day. Next day came and he did an amazing job. I chilled at home for a bit because I haven’t rode a bike or even owned one for years. I finally rode it and the bike rode amazing... I rode around Dixon and I had an amazing time. Jim provided excellent customer service and great work on bike. Thanks Jim!nnUpdate...nnAfter after a couple rides around town the gears weren’t adjust correctly. I had to go to Davis since Fisks was closed and got it fixed. Last weekend (on Sunday again) the crank was starting to come off. I was riding in Davis as well. The shop owner told me it was tight enough. After almost $100 worth of repairs I gave up on the bike. Maybe it was the bike or maybe it was the repairs that were done to it.

Jim the Owner is The Nicest guy ever. If you want fair service prices and a company to actually respect and listen to You the Customer, Fisk Cyclery is 100% the shop for you. Fastest turn around for service in the North Bay.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable about bikes. He didnt take advantage but instead he informed me. Will definitely go back when I need something for my bike. Thank you .

Fast service two day's tried another bicycle shop in Vacaville and they said it would be a month before they could service
