If you want a call back and or need some information there are much better shops like Ray's cycle.nRay's was backed up(because they are a quality shop)and I needed some minor work done ie- tuneup,wheel true ectnI've called 3x and have yet get even a call back. Do yourself a favor and choose a shop that values customers
Velo Wrench is a great place for bike repair and service. Vinnie is the most knowledgeable bike mechanic I've ever known. Plus he's fair, customer oriented, and a real community guy. 5 stars all the way!
Vinny the Wrench is awesome! Funny guy, knowledge and incredibly friendly. Talked with me very naturally for about 20 minutes about local spots to ride, races in the area. Got me booked to work on my bike immediately and he knows his stuff!
Outstanding service!! Vinny has extensive experience and is great at unique or rare bikes too. He always takes the time to get things right.
