So good to see this shop having a top notch rating, they deserve it. Dan and Rachel, their dog too, very helpful. Currently in the market for a MTB which haven't thought about in many years. I gather they are a repair shop, with some retail. Thanks for going the extra mile.nnChris

Best shop experience I've had in Santa Cruz. They fixed things on my bike that other shops had set up incorrectly. Good prices, good advice.

I had a few different issues that I couldn't get helped with all over town and he took me in and fix me up and then I got the right away on my bicycle happy

After a few bad (and expensive) experiences at my usual LBS that I won’t name, I decided to try out Pacific Ave Cycles for MTB service. Dan was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. This is absolutely my new LBS.
