The customer service is excellent!! My husband and I went in to check out possibly purchasing mountain bikes. We arrived about 15 minutes before closing and Colin was so helpful and knowledgeable!! He did not rush us and gave us enough info for us to buy our bikes. We love them and highly recommend this shop and the staff!!

Faith again in old school bike shop vibe, service orientation . Beer on the counter - next to the coffee counter.
