Bartell Drugs

Been a customer here for 26 years, and love this pharmacy, except for Sundays...which happens to be the day my meds are now filled. They are never ready, even with 3 months standing order, and the most important one, I am without more than 12 hours..when it is supposed to be taken every 4 hours. Sundays are always fill in pharmacists, that just don't seem to care, overmuch.

Very rude and condensending pharmacist. I ordered refill scrip by their phone system 3 days in advance of pickup. No refill ready. Rude pharmacist said my doctor is ‘not doing his job’. Spoke with my doctors office, and another Bartell person, and discovered my order was never put in by Bartells. Oops, sorry about that. Changed pharmacy to Walgreens. Much better!

This is a nice catch all place. Similar to a Walgreens. They also have a big pharmacy.

I would not usually write a bad review, especially one from a business in my own town. Unfortunately This is the second time that I’ve experienced a totally uncomfortable judgment from employees and it bugged me so much I wanted to write a review, Then scrolling through other comments I’ve seen I am not alone, so I don’t know if this is The protocol or what.nnThere drive through pharmacy is amazing and friendly so this review is not for them) and the reason for the 2 stars.nnSo on both occasions, within minutes of me browsing the store I’ve had employees “following” me making me feel very uncomfortable. Maybe because I’m in sweats and without makeup? I would hate to think they are judging me based on looks but unfortunately the times this has happened to me is when I’m less put together.nnI wasn’t gonna say anything but tonight really upset me. my daughter and I came in looking for a product that she had seen on TikTok and knew bartell carried it. We had to go up and down the isles a couple times to try to find it, but couldn’t and that’s when we noticed a women employee blatantly peeking around the aisle watching us then the minute we noticed her she went back to a different isle to watch us and was to talking to her coworker and then both of them decided to stare at us and then give us the awkward can I help you find anything... I left the store and decided I’ll just spend my money elsewhere. To the employees working tonight.. you really shouldn’t judge your customers, or at least be a little better at being discreet it really made us feel uncomfortable, and kinda hurt my feelings to be honest.nnThe first time as previously reviewed I heard over the speaker them asking for security cameras while a employee was watching me from the end of the isle following me all around the store at a distance and I was literally the only one in the store...
