This is a really great place. Much more than a bicycle store. The staff are brilliant and can figure your needs out with a few gentle questions. They are there to help you and remiss to push product. A marvelous community resource!

Everyone that I met at Bike Therapy on multiple occasions has been personable, professional, competent and friendly. I recently had a flat rear tire on my Ebike; a bike that I did not purchase there. I called and asked whether they could repair my tire, and they said yes. Within two hours after dropping off my bike, I received a text stating that my bike was repaired and ready to be picked up. I was pleasantly surprised and even happier when I saw, and paid their very reasonable bill. I have recommended Bike Therapy to all of my family and friends, and will continue to do so.

I was basically welcomed with opened arms. A young (strong independent) woman greeted me and gave me some advice on what might have been causing my crank(?) to feel like there was sand in the bottom bracket(? clearly I’m not the best at naming bike parts). She directed me to the team at the back of the store and I was again greeted like an hermano. They ran a quick test and they located the problem. My chain was old and my cassette needed to be lubed up. They fixed it right then and there (halfway through my ride). Rob is a great person. Everyone there was very friendly.

Great to have a top quality bike shop in Morgan Hill. Great crew to help with questions -- Evan, Doug and Sahara are very knowledgeable and help keep my bikes in tip top shape. Morgan Hill is a terrific biking community and Bike Therapy has everything to keep you going.
