Excellent customer service by Daniel. I have cancer and was unsure what products was recommending for radiation. I gave Daniel the list and he immediately found them. He is a very empathetic and kind man. I will always go to CVS on El Monte!

wow, some pretty harsh reviews. This is my neighborhood CVS, and they are fine. No issue with pharmacy or staff. Staff actually very nice.

Dreadfully slow. Blatantly refuses services even if you're well within their pharmacy close time - I went in before 6pm on Friday, and their pharmacy closes at 8pm, and I was told they can't fill my prescription because they're about to close. No one answers calls if you want to inquire about your prescription way beyond their promised fill-up time. The staff at pharmacy is very uncooperative.

Costumer service real bad. Specially the pharmacy. They see you and they just rather pretend not to see you. I gave it one start because it wouldn't allowed me to input my comment with out a start. Bad service!!

CVS just changed their pharmacy hours. They close at 8:00pm on Friday now instead of 9:00pm. Walked in at 8:15pm to find the pharmacy closed. Asked a cashier who said they just changed the hours. Even the sign out front still has the old hours. That's all after spending 30 minutes on hold on the phone earlier in the day. Got only 5 seconds with a real person on the phone just for them to say please hold, there are 2 calls ahead of you. 18 minutes later I hung up. That was my third call.nIt seems that they pay their pharmacy staff so poorly the can't find enough of them to staff the pharmacy to 9:00pm any more. Hmm, some pharmacies are open 24 hours a day. Do they pay better?
