Thank you to Polar Bear who exemplified the best service from start to finish of our roof installation project. Thank you to Rob, Derek, and Lea who handled their expertise and professionalism all throughout the project. We never expected this great efficiency and timely installation. We will definitely recommend this business to anyone without hesitation. Good job also to the team that handled the installation. They were on time and quick, but demonstrated quality of work. We wish we could've done better offering food or drinks while they were hard at work, but this social distancing is hindering all that for now. Thank you Polar Bear!! Polar Bear Exterior Solutions just finished replacing my roof and I am extremely pleased with the results, the value, and the entire process. They were extremely professional from start to finish and really know what they're doing. It's a well-organized and well-run company with plenty of folks on the team to get the job done. They finished the entire job in two days. On the first day I believe there were 8 workers on the site, all very productive, friendly, and working in coordination. At 6:30 p.m. I brought them pizzas and pop, but they wouldn't touch it until almost 8:00 p.m. because they wanted to keep working. Today I believe there were 6 workers, all of whom showed up at 7:00 a.m., ready to finish the job. They were completely done by about 1:30 p.m., including very thoroughly cleaning up the entire worksite. I went out for a quick lunch and when I returned, the original salesman was up on the roof doing a detailed inspection. He noted one item he was going to have fine-tuned. I've seen neighbors suffer through an entire week of roof replacement noise and inconvenience. I was very happy that Polar Bear did the entire project very professionally in just two days. Highly recommend.

This company is amazing. I called them to install a new roof after calling many other places. I unfortunately was outside their coverage zone. Instead of just saying they couldn’t do it they helped in facilitating all my material for my new roof and had it delivered to my rooftop saving me a ton of money and then found me a local roofer in my region to install it. I would refer this company to anyone, great service, great people and great company.

I was initially contacted by a sales person going door to door. We set up an inspection with a Project Consultant. He was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time explaining the products used and the process. We did not feel pressured. When we agreed to have Polar Bear do the project, the Consultant followed through until we had agreed on a start date. Then the Project Manager contacted us. All of the staff we worked with were very professional and knowledgeable. When the roof was installed the installation team was very hard working. The entire Project was completed on time and completely. I would strongly recommend the Polar Bear Company.

It's not easy to express how satisfied we are with the job Polar Bear did replacing our roof and gutters. I would recommend them to all, family and neighbors without regret.
