Fabulous view, great back yard, outdoor hot tubg, beautifully appointed room with tv,/ microwave/ coffee pot, miniature fridge, grest hostess, and reasonable rates
We had an amazing time during our stay at Hogland House on 9/24. We stayed in the lovely Lilac Room. The view from our room was breathtaking and the room itself was delightfully appointed and had everything we could possibly need for a romantic evening! The bed and pillows were soooo comfortable!nnThe proprietress was incredibly sweet and accommodating. She gave us a discount card for a nearby restaurant called Arnies. The food was superb!nnWe returned in time to walk the lush grounds and sit on a deck overlooking the water to watch the sunset. We also enjoyed sitting on the beautiful porch and taking in the view.nnIn the morning, we were served a hearty and delicious breakfast before we had to leave.nnWe will definitely be going back for special occasions and happily give Hogland House a 5 Star Rating!!!
Best place to stay that is a part of history.
