Hilton Garden Inn Seattle North/Everett

I stayed for 3 nights and was very comfortable. The rooms were quiet and clean upon arriving and leaving. The staff was helpful, friendly, and answered my questions - specifically regarding parking. Would love to come back!

Spent a couple of nights just for a get away with my fiance. Staff is wonderful & helpful with all requests. Our room was just perfect, smelled fresh & facing the Boeing side as we requested. Had a seal on the room & the hotel had multiple sanitizer stations and felt pretty good. Down side the bar & restaurant was closed due to Covid but I wish we knew that when made the reservations. But overall a great stay

Wonderful stay again at this location. Comfortable & Clean room with amazing friendly staff at check in. We used to love their Breakfast buffet which was closed currently due to Covid but the guy at check in apologized and offered the grab & go breakfast instead. Service levels are as high one could expect at a Hilton property. Well managed overall.

This hotel and their staff are amazing! We had a mi or issue with our jacuzzi tub that was likely a standard maintenance issue no one's fault, and solice, and ven surprised me with a credit to my stay when I had only wanted to inform then so they did t waste any money on water. Solice was so funny and sweet that night we checked in making us feel so welcome I told her we would be in the city several times a month and had yet to find the perfect home away from home, but we have now! The staff here is so knowledgeable kennedy helped me to choose our room asking preference questions I would not have even thought of but made for such a great choice.nI worried about the location in fact I thought it was someplace further north and when I realized it was virtually in the airport I thought sleeping would be a task but it was as quiet as the dead and I'm a light sleeper also growing up in Lynnwood and seattle I HATED everett it's everything j think of for a bad city, but I will tell you within these walls and even the streets surrounding you would not know your in everett,smiling happy faces great you inside and well you have an airport in between you and the entire city it's quite nice.nVen the manager is perfect for this position he can trouble shoot issues with ease and respect all while keeping such a lovely attitude even the biggest of issues I imagine this staff would navigate with pleasure and efficiency.nIf I could say one things wrong it would be these three especially as well as the cleaning crew needs raises or special acknowledgment of some sort because the place is sparkling with wall fittings fit for royalty beds are comfortable pillows plush and so very clean. The room size is perfect and despite the issues with the tub I still was able to have a long luxurious bath one everyone who needs some r and r should experience!nThank you all and we will DEFINITELY see you soon!
