Huge plus for being pet-friendly!! Our room had direct access to the outside where there was lovely walking paths and grassy areas for our pets. The room had so many nice features and touches and was clean and very comfortable. It had a nice-sized fridge with an ice-maker in the top freezer section, a microwave, a coffee pot, plus dishes and everything we needed. We were very pleased with our stay. I did not have direct contact with the staff, but my husband said they were very pleasant and when he was checking in they asked him if he had been informed about the parking fee (that a lot of reviews seem to be mentioning). When he told them he had not been, he said they waived the fee, which was surprisingly nice of them to do. Definitely would stay here again.
Swimming pool is closed
I always receive the best customer service here. South loop is a great location and is great. Rooms are small but very modern, relaxing & clean.
Nice hotel. We found a very old burrito in the microwave and the tags off some jeans from the last guest. The rooms are nice and it's in a great location.
THESE FOLKS DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW TO RUN CARDS AND RELEASE DEPOSITS. IVE STAYED HERE TWICE AND THEY HAVENT RELEASED CHARGES BOTH TIMES AND HAD TO WAIT TIL THE CHARGES EXPIRE TO GET MY MONEY BACK. THEY DOUBLE CHARGED MY CARD WHEN I PAID FOR THE ROOM ONLINE. THEY ALSO CHARGE $10/DAY JUST TO PARK EVEN THOUGH THEIR PARKING LOT IS NEVER CLOSE TO FULL. THEY ALSO HAVE A SECURITY GUARD THAT HARRASSES GUESTS AND THEIR FRIENDS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THERE IS A HILTON UP THE STREET MUCH BETTER OR EVEN EXTENDED STAY IS BETTER THAN THIS.
