I have been to Walt’s Cycle to get my bike fixed a few times and every time they are above and beyond with their service. Kind people who work there are always conversational, take the time to understand the issue and resolve it ridiculously quickly. Killer job by Walts for truing up a wheel for me. Everyone from start to finish were a pleasure to deal with and despite being slammed they knocked it out in a couple days. Got to love it when a great local business makes it so easy to support and recommend them.
Mark was exceptionally helpful in assisting me find some accessories like handlebar tape and tube liner this afternoon. I'm new to the area and will definitely be back for bike needs going forward.
