We love this store, used to travel to their Sacramento location and now that they're in San Jose it's a delight. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and doesn't push for stuff we don't need. We just added a motor to a trike and will go back for any future needs

I am impressed! I received the best customer service I’ve gotten anywhere when I came in to look for a solution for my back pain so that I could start riding again. The guys helped me with all of my questions, thoroughly explained each style of trike, and then they helped me find the perfect one just for me and my needs. They let you try out and rest ride any trike you want in their big parking lot area. They have a really nice variety and good price ranges, also all of the adaptive equipment, motors, or accessories you could want. They are above and beyond professional, helpful, honest, and friendly, I am a customer for life!
