Spent a good $70 on items to rebuild my rear wheel. Went back a 3rd time to buy the tool needed to take off my rear cassette. Was willing to buy but they didn't have it stock. So they wanted to charge me $10 just to loosen the caterer for me. Those after I already spent $70. Went to Summit bikes down the street and they happily did it for free. Never going back to Off Ramp

Staff was very kind and helpful (also responded very quickly to my emails) and had a model of bike I wanted but couldn't find anywhere else in the bay area. Would def recommend them!

Off Ramp bike shop is the only bike shop we go to. I have a 32 year old son with special needs who rides specialty three wheel bike and two other boys who ride bikes and this is our shop to go to. We go to off ramp to buy, repair and purchase parts. I've ordered our sonn's specialty bike and have Off Ramp assemble it for us and they did a much better job compared to the manufacture assembly. Last Sunday we went to the shop to repair our son's bike and shop was very busy following the Covid procedures and they repaired our bike while we waited. I want to thank the entire friendly staff at the off Ramp and giving them a five star specially during this pandemic.
