Staff was efficient and helpful. Store was clean organized and had ample staff on the floor and in the service area. All Covid-19 protocols seemed to be in practice. I went there to buy a saddle and will go back for service this week!

Always excellent service and selection. I bought my bike there years ago and love knowing that I have free tune-ups for life. Just bought my 15yo son his first serious bike and it was awesome.
Excellent Customer Service and a Safe Environment! There are two lines for service and new purchases. There are social distancing and masks requirements in place. I felt very comfortable and safe with the protocols they have in place. I dropped off my bike for service and the line moved quickly. The staff was super organized and helpful! I received an assessment of the service required for my bike and was informed that the annual maintenance and new parts would take a week. I received a call within the week that my bike was ready early! I picked it up and it feels like a brand new bike! Wow! I am super excited to ride it and explore the bay!
Fantastic staff, quick, friendly, knowledgeable. Beautiful store, i definitely recommend to anyone in the area.nnJust bought my 1st bike in 25 years, and even with all the craziness of COVID they were stellar. They had a great system to get people in and out of the store quickly and safely, and 2 separate lines one for service and one for sales.nnI will definitely be back and send anyone i come across on over.
