Outstanding service! I got my bike shipped here from a different state, they assembled it and promptly called me. Work performed with no issues. And when I needed a minor repair - true up the front wheel, they did it while I waited. Another shop wanted to charge me a full tune-up and scheduled me for August 26th. Highly recommended for people that want great service and no fuss.
Terrible bike repair, The minute I walked in it was terrible, Poor customer service skills, Terrible bike repair, Front and rear brakes were not adjusted and back brake pads were put on improperly, Front derailleur was not adjusted. DON'T GO THERE! it will save your money and keep you from getting your bike ruined!
I went to a business in San Mateo on 4th Street and they told me it would take a month for them to look at my tire Cyclepath I just did it in 10 minutes I was very happy
I recently needed help and found everyone wearing masks and social distancing. I've used the repair services for years and always found the owner to be honest, knowledgeable and flexible if a time urgent situation was involved. Great service.
I brought in 2 bikes to the shop last week for minor work ( change brakes and fix tire ), Loui ( new owner) was friendly and addressed all my concerns. I will be back.
