Do yourself a flavor, drive a bit further to Mike’s bike in San Jose. This place disappoints me over and over again. I thought I’d give it one more chance. The experience is as bad as I remember from a couple of years ago. I ended up getting my service and dream bike in San Jose Mike’s bike 2 years ago. Bad management here I think? Not sure what makes it so hard for this place to give good service. I feel like I have to please them so that I can have good service..... I was friendly and yet, still bad service. This place sucks so bad.

I came in to get bike shoes, a bib, road socks, have a brake issue checked out, and to see their road bike selection. Brendan and the technicians in back were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were sold out of a lot of the sub $2000 road bikes.nnI was happy to spend my money here instead of online and once they have more bikes in stock I'll be back to hopefully purchase a bike here.

Honestly can't recommend this place enough. I've gotten to know many of the people at the shop and they're all, without fail, kind and helpful folks; super knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you walk out happy.

I'm not sure I went to have a trike fixed policy confusing they said I can not bring in $100 a day so my dad's trike I'll go to Walmart and buy him a new Schwinn Maridian best tricycle rate what's no contract

Easy website to use. Very fast shipping and great prices. I received my order quicker than with other sites/businesses. Love the tape that the box was sealed with, nice touch. Will recommend to my friends and family.
