I've known Mark and Tom for many years, and they've always been very professional, extremely knowledgable, and passionate about their craft. Tom, without question, is one of the most capable mechanics around, and also a very good listener. Kudos to them for creating and sustaining their shop...a true treasure in the era of internet sales driving bike shops out of business.
Bike candy shop! Mark & Tom are as knowledgeable as it gets. No pressure. I highly recommend Tom, who’s been my bike mechanic (when I’m not doing my own repair) for many years. He has an accomplished wrenching (and rider’s) resumé spanning decades, and pricing is reasonable!
Small LBS that has couple of good guys in it. Always try to fit you in for service.
Mark and Tom are the best among all the bike shops I have been to. Super friendly and always helpful. Sometimes I drop by just to get some advice and they always to make time to chat with me despite being clearly busy — I have learned quite a lot from Tom about thorny bike issues that internet search simply fails to yield good answers to.
This is one of the best bike shops in the bay area! Mark & Tom are so personable, knowledgeable, and passionate about all things Bikes! They care about you as a rider and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and safe on the road. Highly recommend this shop!
