Does a great and solid job on repairs. Reasonably priced and just a nice guy to talk to and consult for bike upgrades and repairs. Beats out other local shops hands down! Completes repairs ahead of schedule quickly aswell. Definitely our go-to bike guy from now!
Called Alan to get a quote on getting a chain and cassette replacement for my hybrid bike. He gave me a quote, told me he might already have the cassette and to bring it in. I brought it in a few days later, and luckily he already had the cassette so he told me to come back the next day to pick it up. He replaced the chain and cassette, and also made a brake adjustment to get rid of the weird sound it was making. Nice guy, will definitely come back here again for future service!
I brought my bike in to replace its pedals, and one of them was completely stuck. Alan ended up using a huge lever to get it off for me. I also bought a front skewer from him, and he gave me a good price. He made me feel welcome and was happy to answer several questions I had about my bike even though he was getting non-stop phone calls from prospective customers.nnThanks and I will be back!
