This is one of those bike shops and repair places where you find a friendly and helpful crew. The prices are very reasonable too. I highly recommend this place both for purchasing and if you need a quick tune up or bike repair.
I had an excellent experience with Woodside Bike on Woodside Road. The shop is owned by a husband and wife team who went the extra mile to fix my bike issue and took care of me in a timely manner. The two owners, Doug and Ashley, were also extremely professional and pleasant. Woodside Bike has earned my continued patronage.
Great shop! Drove two hours to get my Ebike and was not disappointed. You feel welcomed not like other bike shops. Look for Anthony he’s the best!!
BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE This shop is very unprofessional and rude. I called to see if they sold accessories for SE bikes and the owner who answered assumed I was asking if they sold SE bikes and he got very aggressive and told me to call other shops and hung up on me. When I called back to tell him he jumped the gun and assumed I was looking for a bike when I was simply asking if they sold accessories he got snippy and tried to engage in an argument with me over this. I hung up and thought that was very weird and to my surprise he called me back to keep the defense up that he began. I don't deal with shops like this and will take my money to Amazon which I hate to do because I prefer giving local shops business to show support. This shop I would not mind seeing close because the professionalism and customer service does not exist. The owner is a scam artist and is not trustworthy at all. You will spend a ton of money here and he will turn his back on you. DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE
Great. Greg and his staff were extremely patient as I tried out multiple bikes. Even swapped out components while we waited as I wanted different shocks and wheels. Great staff and great prices.
