Pharmacy could be a lot better. Told me three different days when my prescription would be ready, and today when I came in, not only did they not have it ready, but offered me a brand name 30$ more for 1 vial when my prescription requires 5 vials for generic for 5$. Transferring pharmacy's. Fred Meyers was great to me.

It is THE BEST customer services experience I ever had in my life. Probably because I wasn't treated as a customer. The employees at this pharmacy do not care because it's their job to care, they care because this is who they are. I am amazed and grateful. This experience is such a contrast to the everyday indifference we come across everywhere we go. Out of 5 stars I give 10!

Only once did I have a problem and I realized it was a big change of employees at pharmacy. Now the pharmacy is very good and helpful. Better than before. The rest of the store has excellent employees as well. Kind. Friendly and helpful. I love looking at everything they have there.

This pharmacy is the worst. Every time you go in to pick up a prescription it is always, “It’s not quite ready yet, about 30 minutes”.nnI requested a refill on their app and 5 hours and 17 minutes later (app said it would be ready in 4 hours) it’s still not ready.
