Unlike a car mechanic, you don't charge for every second you spend working on my bike. You determine if a cost is necessary and in some cases waive the labor fee. That is an incredible statement you make in support of repeat business and loyalty from your customers, and this is why I will never take my bike anywhere else. Your staff is friendly, considerate, understanding, and very knowledgeable about bikes in general as well as the products you sell and support.nI would recommend this shop in to anyone wanting an excellent service and support center for all of their biking needs.

First time going to this bike shop and I was certainly impressed. I was greeted upon walking in and got help right away. I was very impressed with everyones willingness to help as a team. The best part was when I asked a question to one employee they answered honestly by not knowing but immediately went to go get me the correct answer from his co-workers. Those small details is what keeps me coming back.

This is what people want in a local shop. The customer service was great and the work on my bike was on time and good quality. I appreciated how friendly and knowledgeable the guys were. When I came in to schedule my service, the guy helping me went through the process of itemizing everything so I would have an idea of what I would be paying. I’ve never had a shop do more than mental math estimate. Glad I found this place, I’ll be back.

I haven’t been on a bike since I was 12 years old. I was terrified to get on one. The guys here were super cool and patient. They let me take whatever I wanted for a spin until I found something I felt confident on. I’ve been riding this new bike every day. I’m so happy on it. I truly feel like I have a bit of my youth back. This bike has kept my spirits up during the weird times we’re living in. If the stay at home order has you down.... GET A BIKE and go toot around. I understand not everyone can afford something fancy but these guys have really affordable stuff too.

My bike is pretty important to me- especially during the pandemic, so it means a lot to me that these guys are open and delivering the same great service as always. Don't know what I'd do without them. They got my rig up and running better than ever in no time. Love these guys.
