Update. Great experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like it changes based on who's working.nnWent with my kids to buy shoes. I encourage my kids to speak for themselves. The staff was on board and attended to them professionally and spoke to them at their level. Very helpful courteous staff. Nice variety of products. Found comfortable wide sized basketball shoes for my son.
Took my bicycle for a tune up at H street, Terranova Plaza store. After 3 weeks, nobody called me, so I head up to the store to find out that they didn't even have done anything my bike, service sucks! Don't recommen at all. Go somewhere else.
Today I went in the store extremely happy to buy my son Lazarus a birthday gift. I found some nice Van's and a great shirt to match. I get to the register and had the experience of meeting a very rude cashier by the name of Bella.. Attitude! extremely poor customer service. They should put her in the back restocking. However KATLIN !!!!! WAS GREAT!
Excellent sandles, except they dont have cobians.
